This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in crime No. 411 of 2024 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Ennore Police Station, Thiruvallur District.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons robbed Rs.50,000/- from the defacto complainant. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is having two 302 IPC cases. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
