O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every month until the charge sheet is laid" in Crl.M.P.No.932 of 2020 in Crl.M.P.No.18297 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.30127 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.932 of 2020 in Crl.M.P.No.18297 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.30127 of 2019, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
