This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR against the named said persons on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 07.04.2015.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint dated 07.04.2015 was enquired in CSR No.172 of 2015 and the same was closed on 26.04.2015. A copy of the Closure Report was furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
