The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 15.06.2021 in Crl.RC.No.328 of 2021 as "The petitioner shall produce security by way of title deed or title deeds standing in the name of the the petitioner or his relatives or any of his friends having market value not less than Rs.1.0 crore" instead of "the petitioner shall produce security by way of title deed or title deeds standing in the name of the petitioner or his relatives and having market value not less than Rs.1.0 Crore".

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to the pandemic situation the petitioner is unable to arrange the security for the value of Rs.1 Crore from his relatives and thereby, he seeks modification of the said condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

4. Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminial Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
