ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition forbearing the respondents herein from in any manner interfering with the affairs of its "Classic Aqua Recreation Club" having its Registration No.123/2014 situated at No.7, Ranga park, 200 feet Inner Ring Road, Korattur, Chennai-600 077. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's club is habitually involving in gambling and a case has been registered against the petitioner's club for offence under Sections 45 and 46 of C.P.Act in Crime No.850 of 2018 by T3 Police Station, Korattur. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, as the petitioner's club is involving in gambling activities, the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
