Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register the complaint dated 28.10.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. From a perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that the petitioner is a Trustee and that he wants to enter into Bhajrang Engineering College and his entry was prevented by the Managing Trustee. 4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court under section 151 of Cr.P.C for police protection, if he is so advised.
