Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 07.11.2019 when C.R.P.No.4042 of 2012 was disposed of by this Court, his name was not printed in the cause list, as a result of which he could not appear. He has since filed the present petition.

2.Learned counsel for the revision petitioner fairly concedes that the name of the counsel for the petitioner herein was not printed in the cause list.

3.The order of this Court dated 07.11.2019 passed in C.R.P.No.4042 of 2012 is now recalled. There shall be an order of stay of execution in R.E.P.No.13 of 2020 in R.C.O.P.No.1 of 2003 pending on the file of the learned Rent Controller, Hosur.
