With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner dated 16.01.2023, within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials placed on record.

4. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the lands purchased by him on 25.10.2006 and 27.12.2006 were wrongly categorised as Government Tharisu in the revenue records and since the petitions submitted by him in this regard on 29.11.2022 and 14.12.2022, were not considered by the 1st respondent, he filed another petition dated 16.01.2023. However, no order has been passed 2/4

on the said petition by the 1st respondent, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's petition dated 16.01.2023 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 03.07.2024 gya Index : Yes/No 3/4
