The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a Mandamus to direct the second respondent to receive the application of the petitioner dated 03.11.2015 in Form CCPA and the prescribed fee for the grant of autorickshaw permit and to consider the same and pass orders within the time frame fixed by this court.

2. Mr.M.S.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

Without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to receive the application of the petitioner dated 03.11.2015, consider the same and pass appropriate orders for grant of autorickshaw permit, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
