2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners already submitted separate representations dated 15.04.2010 seeking transfer of patta in their names with respect to the properties in S.F.Nos.905/1B and 905/2 (now Sub division Nos.905/2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E) in Kalapatti Village and the said representations were not considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the present writ petitions.

3.Today, when the matters came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that if the petitioners' representations dated 15.04.2010 are pending, the same would be considered by the respondent on merits, within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondent to dispose of the representations dated 15.04.2010 submitted by the petitioner, if not already disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as all the necessary parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, both the writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
