By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to survey the petitioners' lands comprised in Survey No.840 situated at Chennasamuthram Village, Kalavai Taluk, Ranipet District, and provide separate patta in their names, by considering the petitioners' application dated 06.02.2024.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioners is that they have given an application dated 06.02.2024 to survey the property in Survey No.840 situated at Chennasamuthram Village, Kalavai Taluk, Ranipet District, and 2/4

provide separate patta in their names. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners' application dated 06.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders, for survey of the property and provide separate patta in the name of the petitioners, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
