The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that a case of forgery been investigated by the police in Crime No.210 of 2024 dated 16.05.2024 against the petitioner and one Subash. In this connection, the petitioner was called for enquiry and there is no harassment as alleged. 3.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
