Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to work as Noon Meal Organizer at Panchayat Union Middle School, Alaampalayam, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District and to receive the salary pursuant to the order passed by the first respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.357/2016/Q2 dated 10.04.2018 and consequently direct the respondents to strictly implement and follow Article 311 of the Constitution of India. ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner was appointed as Noon Meal Organizer and she joined duty on 11.10.2018 and she has been continuing in service.
2.In view of the same, this Court finds that nothing further arises for adjudication before this Court and therefore, writ petition is hereby closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
