ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to punish the respondent herein for the failure to comply the order passed by this Court, dated 10.12.2024 in CRL RC No. 1589 of 2024 .

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contend that this Court vide order dated 10.12.2024 in CRL RC No. 1589 of 2024 has directed to de freeze a sum of Rs.2,00,023.60.p to the petitioner's account and the same was not complied by the respondent.

3. When the case came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent filed a counter stating that only a sum of Rs.32,949/- was available in the accused account and the same was de-freezed and transferred to the petitioner's account.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent this Contempt Petition stands closed, However, the respondent is directed to de-freeze if any amount was lying in defacto complainant's account.
