ORDER
The present Review Application has been filed seeking to Review the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.8710 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner submits that, though this Court, vide order dated 21.03.2023 directed the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders of the petitioner's representation, however, the 5th respondent is the competent authority to issue Death certificate for the petitioner's deceased husband. Hence, he sought for necessary modification.
3. In view of the above submission, this application is ordered 2/5
directing the 5th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2023 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitoner and aggrieved persons, if any.
4. This order shall be read in conjunction with the order passed in W.P.No.8710 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023.
5. Accordingly, this Review application is disposed of with the above modification. No costs.
