This Court by order dated 23.01.2025 has directed the respondent to conduct survey of the schedule mentioned property. The orders of this Court has been complied with in as much as survey has been done and the map has also been prepared on the basis of the survey. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the survey has not been properly conducted since survey stones had been moved. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the report, it is well open to the petitioner to challenge the said report.

2. Since the orders of this Court having been complied with, the Contempt Petition is closed.
