This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 20.12.2024 in W.P. No. 38137 of 2024.

Pursuant to the notice of this Court, Mr.M.Suresh Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General brought to the notice of this Court that the respondent has already complied with the orders passed by this Court refer to above and accordingly, the order was passed on 09.07.2025 vide M.E.D.C.C.D.C.No.C2/075/2024.
