Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondent for the act of wilful disobedience in implementing the order made in W.P.No.5698 of 2023 dated 21.10.2024.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 21.10.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.5698 of 2023, thereby directed the respondent to implement the

order passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate cum Revenue Divisional Officer, North Chennai Revenue Division, Chennai, by an order dated 08.02.2022.

On perusal of the order dated 08.02.2022 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate cum Revenue Divisional Officer, North Chennai Revenue Division, Chennai, it is revealed that the son of the petitioner was directed to pay monthly maintenance. Accordingly, the petitioner's son is paying monthly maintenance amount of Rs.3,000/- as ordered by the Sub Divisional Magistrate cum Revenue Divisional Officer, Chennai. Therefore, no contempt is made out as against the respondent. 3.
