Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the order dated 06.08.2021 in M.P.No.3993 of 2021 in D.V.C.No.2 of 2020 on the file of the learned 23rd Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order passed by the learned 23rd Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in M.P.No.3393 of 2021 dated 06.08.2021.

2.The learned Counsel for the Respondent submitted that this Court 1/4

by order dated 20.09.2021, wherein the Revision Petitioner herein was ready to pay the school fees of Rs.52,520/-. It is for the Revision Petitioner to inform the Court about the same.

3.The learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner fairly concedes and at the same time he objects to the order, wherein there was a direction to the Respondent's husband in M.P.No.3993 of 2021 in D.V.C.No.2 of 2020 dated 06.08.2021. In the concluding portion of the order, the learned 23rd Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet had directed the Respondent's husband to furnish a copy of an Aadhaar card, PAN card, Community Certificate and Income Tax Returns to the School Authorities, where the children of the Revision Petitioner and Respondent are studying. The learned counsel for the Respondent submitted that the Revision Petitioner can furnish those documents after verification with the School concerned, namely, Vani Vidyalaya Senior Secondary and Junior College, K.K.Nagar West, Nesapakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600078.

4.Therefore, pursuant to an undertaking given by the learned 2/4

Counsel for the Revision Petitioner, the Revision Petitioner is directed to appear before the School Authorities, i.e.,Vani Vidyalaya Senior Secondary and Junior College and furnish the documents mentioned in the order. 5.With the above direction, the Revision Petition is closed.
