ORDER

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The writ petition has been filed seeking for Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.29652/2015/XI, dated 16.11.2015, quash the same and issue consequential direction to the first and second respondents to retain the petitioner as Nutritious Meal Organiser at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Thali.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.11.2015.

4. Heard the submission of Mr.R.Thamaraiselvan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.N.Srinivasan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and Mr.R.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent.

5. Though the petitioner sought for larger relief, this Court, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity to the petitioner and the third respondent, and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
