ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to implement the order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.5968/2019/Thu.Va.Tha.1 dated 06.09.2021 by disbursing revised pay scale at the rate of Rs.19,929/- per month together with annual increment of Rs.550/- to the petitioner.

2. The case of the writ petitioner is that his pay scale was reduced by the Orders of the third respondent and as against which the petitioner filed a revision under section 153 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act before the first respondent. The first respondent, by Order dated 2/5

6.09.2021, allowed the revision and directed the third respondent to disburse the revised pay scale as already fixed on 27.08.2018. However, the third respondent has not implemented the Order of the first respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. Considering the fact that the reivision filed by the petitioner has already been allowed by the first respondent, the third respondent is directed to implement the Order of the first respondent dated 06.09.2021 and disburse the amount payable to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of reeipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
