ORDER

This petition is filed seeking police protection, since it is alleged that respondents 3 and 4 threatened the complainant and her husband to withdraw the case registered against them on 26.05.2024 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, and 506(2) of IPC.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner herein, A1 was arrested and others got anticipatory bail and they are scrupulously complying the condition imposed by the Court. They have not indulged any action of threatening to withdraw the police complaint.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that no incident has come to the notice about their threat of any intimidation by the respondents 3 and 4. If any complaint is received, the same will be acted upon in accordance with law.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The defacto complainant is noting that there is no material to infer that the respondents 3 and 4 had intimidated the petitioner and her husband.
