Respondents in both petitions Prayer in W.P.No.312 of 2021: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the replacement of the Temporary Full Time Lecturers working in Government Polytechnic Colleges and Special Institutions in the State of Tamil Nadu on consolidated pay of Rs.15,000/- per month by deploying the surplus staff from Annamalai University who were not appointed as by procedure established by law is arbitrary, violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India, G.O.Ms.No.290, Higher Education (II) dated 2/6

04.11.2019 and opposed to public policy and consequently direct the first and second respondents to conduct a Special Recruitment Test for the members of the first petitioner who are holding the post of Temporary Full Time Lecturers in all Government Polytechnic Colleges and Special Institutions, in the State of Tamil Nadu and regularize their services in the post of Lecturers in accordance with law.

Prayer in W.P.No.319 of 2021: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the second respondent dated 14.09.2020 having Ref.No.45910/B3/2019 and quash the same as arbitrary and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India, contrary to G.O.Ms.No.290, Higher Education (II) dated 04.11.2019 and opposed to public policy.
