Seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to strike off the name of the 4th respondent from the register maintained by the second respondent, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner already submitted a representation dated 20.09.2010, claiming the relief as sought for in this writ petition, which is yet to be disposed of by the respondents 1 and 2. The learned counsel further submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is given to the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 fairly submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner, if not already been disposed of, would be considered and appropriate orders be passed on merits and in accordance with law, within a time to be stipulated by this Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.09.2010 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing due notice to all the parties concerned, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
