When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the filing of the writ petition, petitioner had been provisionally selected by the Teacher Recruitment Board vide its proceedings in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

RC.No.3726/TET/B4/2013 dated 10.02.2014 and produced the copy of the same.

2.In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication further in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
