With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is fi1ed to direct the first respondent herein to enter Dharmaraja Temple name in the Adangal portion in thee SLR pertaining to the schedule mentioned property pursuant to the representation given by the petitioner dated 03.06.2024.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the Government had issued patta in favour of the petitioner temple to an extent of 35 cents on 13.06.1914 and the vacant land taxes are being paid in the name of the temple. While so, from 13.09.2022 in the Town Survey Land register there was no entry in the Adangal portion and in the column utilization it is mentioned as Sarkar Natham in the subject property. In this regard, the petitioner had given a 2/4

representation to the respondents on 03.06.2024. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.06.2024 and pass appropriate Orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
