This Miscellaneous Petition seeks modification of order dated 21.06.2022. The only liberty sought for by the petitioner turns on the fact that its representation dated 01.06.2022, that has been directed to be disposed by R3 within a period of two (2) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of that order, related only to adjudicating of the case and not provisional release of the goods. The petitioner would thus seek liberty to move an application seeking provisional release.

2. In light of the consistent view taken by me in several Writ Petitions including in W.P.No.11942 of 2022 dated 13.06.2022, the petitioner is granted liberty to move an application seeking provisional release of goods and such application, if and when received, shall be disposed by R1 within a period of two (2) weeks from date of receipt of application, after hearing the petitioner,.
