This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order of the second respondent in Proc.No.A1/38172/97 dated 23.03.1998 and the order passed by the first respondent herein in appeal in Proc.No.A1/12287/2000 dated 19.09.2000 and to quash the same. for a direction to the respondents herein to regularise her service in the promotion post of Assistant with effect from 15.03.1988, the crucial date for the 1988 Assistant Panel with all attendant benefits and with due regards to her seniority. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has been given promotion with effect from 27.01.1989 and her service has been regularised. It is further submitted that she continues in service. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
