A. No.2600 of 2020:- Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to directing the respondents not to disconnect the electricity of the petition mentioned premises bearing Shop-G36, Palladium Mall, 142, Velachery Main Road, Velachery, Chennai until vacating the premises.
A.No.2601 of 2020:
Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondents to furnish bank guarantee or Security Bond on the rental advance held by the respondents and payable by them to the Applicant to the tune of Rs.25,06,058/-.
This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:
It is informed by the learned counsel for the plaintiff that the applicant has vacated the premises and handed over the key to the landlord on 20.11.2020.
2. Considering the fact that the applicant has vacated the premises, nothing further survives for consideration in these Applications. Hence, the Original Application No.560 of 2020 and Application No.2601 of 2020 are closed.
