This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take action against the accused based on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.08.2016 and register the case.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has given a complaint dated 05.08.2016 to the first respondent and not a jurisdictional police station.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person before the second respondent police along with this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 05.08.2016. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
