The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to complete the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner pursuant to the charge memo issued by the second respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.35046/2012/Q3-1 dated 24.09.2012.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent made a submission that already disciplinary proceedings against the writ petitioner were completed in all aspects and final orders were passed by the Government in GO.No.(2D) No.106/Finance Department dated 23.12.2015.

3. Since, the final orders have been passed in the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the writ petitioner, no further consideration is required in this writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
