This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register an FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.11.2015 in CSR No.669 of 2015.

2. No representation for the petitioner.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR No.669 of 2015 is pending before the respondent and that, the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry and he further submitted that HMOP No.1290 of 2015 and M.C.No.92 of 2015 are pending between the parties.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
