It is agreed between the parties as follows:

a) the petitioner will have to pay a sum of Rs.38,964/-; b) this amount has to be paid in three equal monthly installments starting from

the month of March 2018 and ending with May 2018; c) the monthly installment will have to be paid on or before 7th day of every English calender month;

d) if there is failure to comply with the payments, the arrangement shall stand revived.
