ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to restore the permit in R.No.m.cab.11573/B3/2/3/2011 issued to the petitioner for his vehicle make TATA Ace Magic bearing registration no.TN-21-AH-9808.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the copy of proceedings may be permitted to be furnished and that he would be in a position to approach the Tribunal and it has not been served to him inspite of his request and having paid the charges for getting the certified copy of the proceedings. 4.

The respondent is unable to refute the contention. Without going into the merits of the matter and without granting the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, this court is of the view that the respondent shall furnish the copy of the proceedings by which permit has been cancelled to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. On receipt of the same the petitioner is entititled to approach the Tribunal within a period of one month thereafter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
