ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 406 & 420 of IPC in Crime No.27 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police conducted investigation and after investigation filed a report before the concenred Magistrate stating that the case has been closed as mistake of facts.

3.In view of the above submission, this petition is dismissed.
