Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in both the writ petitions on earlier two occasions, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal". 2.

Once again, though the matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through counsel. Therefore, both the writ petitions are dismissed for default. Consequently, connected M.Ps. stand closed. No costs.
