This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR against the named said persons on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 14.07.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.218 of 2014 and the same was closed on 17.07.2014.
