Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the basis of the complaint dated 06.04.2015, a regular case in Cr.No.162 of 2015 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 452, 506 (ii), 420 and 406 IPC has been registered.
