This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking protection from 1/4

police harassment under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing from the respondent police on getting instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that there is no complaint for enquiry pending against this petitioner and the allegation that the petitioners are harassed by the police is false.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds that the petitioner has filed a suit against the private respondent and State seeking injunction. On 02.01.2023, when the surveyor went to measure the land, the petitioners protested, therefore, the surveyor was not able to measure the land . In such circumstance, this Court finds no merits in this petition and the allegations against the police is unfound. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
