ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the respondent herein to investigate the case in Crime No.7 of 2022 and to file a final report before the concerned Court within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the final report has been filed and it has been taken on file, in C.C.No.97 of 2022, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar.
3. In view of the filing of final report and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.97 of 2022, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
