Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the Sub Registrar of Burgur, dated 11.12.2013, the 2nd respondent herein and confirmed by the first respondent namely the District Registrar of Krishnagiri in appeal No.3 of 2013, dated 24.03.2014 and quash the same.
