Crl.M.P.No.8388 of 2023 and Crl.O.P.No.12124 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA , J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12124 of 2023 dated 25.05.2023, passed by this Court to report before the Inspector of Police, B2 Esplanade Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m and 7.00 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12124 of 2023 dated 25.05.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
