Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2014. For Petitioner :

O R D E R
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the fourth respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 05.03.2014.
2. The representation submitted by the petitioner reveals that the sixth respondent, who is none other than the brother of the petitioner, obtained Electricity Service Connection by submitting bogus documents in respect of Electricity Service Connection, which stood in the name of the petitioner.

In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation to the fourth respondent. If at all the sixth respondent submitted bogus documents before the Electricity Board Authorities and it is brought to the notice of the Authorities, then the Electricity Board Authorities have to conduct an enquiry and take a decision by affording opportunity to all the parties concerned.
4. In the present case, the genuinity of the documents cannot be verified by the Authorities and it is for the petitioner to establish the same by submitting relevant documents and evidences to that effect.
5. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to produce all the relevant documents and evidences to establish the genuinity of the documents produced by the sixth respondent and in the event of any discrepancy, the Electricity Board Authorities have to initiate appropriate actions in the manner known to law.
