TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The petitioner has sought for compassionate appointment on the death of his father in Labour Department. The respondents, by an order dated G3/5857/2016 dated 03.07.2017 issued an appointment order to the petitioner appointing him as a Junior Assistant in Labour Department and the petitioner has produced the appointment order issued by the respondents and the same is taken on record.
