PRAYER:

This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to furnish a copy of the impugned order viz NaKa.No. 658/2007/A4 dated 16.11.2015 by considering the petitioners representation dated 07.12.2015 and to give sufficient time to challenge the same as per law. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Narendran, For Respondent : Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, Addl. Government Pleader

ORDER

The petitioner, who is aggrieved against the order dated 16.11.2015 passed by the respondent in NaKa.No. 658/2007/A4, has come forward by filing this writ petition, seeking for a direction to the respondent to furnish a copy of the impugned order, so as to enable the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a threat of eviction and the petitioner is unable to work out the remedy without the copy of the impugned order.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent is directed to give a copy of the impugned order viz. NaKa.No. 658/2007/A4, dated 16.11.2015, to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
