O R D E R

The Transfer C.M.P. has been filed to transfer the G.W.O.P. No.18 of 2017 filed by the respondent before the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai or any other Court.

2.After both the petitioner and respondent, namely, the wife and husband met me in the Chamber yesterday at 02.15 p.m., they have agreed to re-unite happily to proceed with their matrimonial life as they have also got two minor children. 3.In this regard, a joint compromise memo dated 03.07.2019 duly signed by both the parties and attested by the respective counsels, has been filed by the petitioner and respondent stating that both the parties agreed to withdraw the cases before the next hearing dates of respective cases which are listed as under:

a)Domestic Violation Case No.13/2018 pending on the file of the XV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai; https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

b)G.W.O.P. No.18 of 2017 pending on the file of the Principal District Court at Chengalpattu.

c)H.M.O.P. No.1418 of 2018 pending on the file of the IV Additional Judge (Family Court) at Chennai.

4.It is submitted by both the parties that divorce petition filed by the petitioner before the Family Court, Chennai shall not be pursued since the same has not yet been numbered. 5.Accordingly, the Tr.C.M.P. is disposed of in terms of the joint compromise memo. The petitions seeking withdrawal can be accepted so that the parties can lead a peaceful life. Both the parties, namely, the petitioner and respondent are advised to live peacefully. Joint Compromise Memo shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P. No.10112 of 2018 is closed. *The Xerox copy of the Joint Memo of Compromise enclosed.
