This Petition has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent viz.Kanniyan and rank her as 9th respondent in the above second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents, and perused the materials available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title, if the papers are otherwise in order.

5. Issue notice to the newly added respondent, returnable by 04.02.2025.

6. Post the case on 04.02.2025.
