This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the claim of the petitioner with regard to her transfer to Tiruvannamalai District and for her regular absorption as Assistant Medical Officer, Ayurveda.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
