C O M M O N O R D E R As the issues involved in both the Writ Petitions are one and the same, they have been disposed of by way of a common order.

2.The petitioners made a representation on 17.04.2015, seeking issuance of joint patta based upon the Deed of Partition dated 27.09.2004, with respect to the properties situated in Survey Nos.1/4, 2/1, 2/4, 2/5, 7/1 & 8/1 and 4/1, 6 & 9/1 of Devirapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District respectively. Seeking adjudication of the same, the present writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioners in the writ petitions, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation dated 17.04.2015, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as the other private parties in whose favour, the patta stands for.

5.The Writ Petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
