ORDER
S.VAIDYANATHAN,J & SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court on 01.02.2021 in W.P.No.6843 of 2020.
2. This Court vide order dated 01.02.2021 in W.P.No.6843 of 2020 directed the Respondents to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 20.12.2019. In the said order, this Court also made it clear that if the petitioner is dissatisfied or aggrieved by the order disposing of the representation, it is open to the writ petitioner to pursue legal remedies, otherwise than by a public interest litigation, after establishing his locus standi.
3. Today, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that subsequent to the filing of this contempt petition, representation of the petitioner dated 20.12.2021 was disposed of and in support of the same, he has also produced the proceedings of the 3rd 2/4
Respondent dated 28.12.2021 and there is no willful disobedience on the part of the Respondents in complying with the order of this Court.
4. Considering the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, since the final decision was taken on the representation of the Petitioner, it is open to him to challenge the same and this Court cannot go into various reasons given in the order dated 28.12.2021, in the present contempt petition.
